I got a cranky check-out person at the Dimond store today .. it made me feel BAD to be using coupons. I wasn't getting a ton, and needed 2 separate receipts for flex spending purposes. He told met hat they were going to start enforcing the 1 item per coupon if it said it on the coupon just to avoid problems like this [of course the problem wasn't that coupon going through, it was the printed coupon for coffeemate scanning... ] Then he got upset because I didn't buy the coffeemate b/c the $1 off coupons wouldn't scan. I haven't had real good experiences there anyway, so I'm just going to concentrate on Target and FM, since they tend to help me out!

So what do they consider the "best deals"? I would have to assume it's that particular managers decision? I don't generally do more than two of the same deal in the same shopping trip, anyway. I think the most transactions I've done in a row was 6. I try to keep it to two or three. I just don't need that much of medicines or HBA items. We just don't use it. Someone posted today (another rumor, don't know if it's true) that they'll be going to a card system next year, something like CVS does, I guess. Would limit the deals that way. But there's always rumors abounding.

The Walgreens on Dimond is enforcing a limit to their best deals. You can only get one, per person, per day!!

They are kept in the pharmacy… trust me, I work there!

I haven't seen them in the Wasilla store for quite a while now. I got four or five back when I found them earlier this year. They were in the magazine rack/aisle with the kids books.

When they have them, they are in the coloring book section. They may not have ordered more because those coupons are notorious for not scanning so the cashier has to price modify those items. If you know anyone in the lower 48, have them keep their eyes out for you! When I go down I will try to pick up a few to bring back for our readers.

Okay so I was wondering if you could help me out with something…the coloring books with coupons where are they in the store? Not one person that works in either store can even figure out what I am talking about. Would love to get one to save even more. Thanks for all you ladies do!!!
